Returns & Refunds
Last updated 8 July 2026
We want you to buy with confidence. This policy sets out your right to return items and how refunds work.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.
To exercise it, notify us at [email protected] within 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Condition of returns
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, undamaged, and complete with all tags, boxes, papers and accessories. Items showing signs of wear or alteration may have their refund reduced or refused.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the price you paid, using the same payment method, within 14 days. Under EU rules we may withhold the refund until the item is returned.
Original insured shipping to you is refundable; the cost of returning the item is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or not as described.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised — for example bespoke or custom jewellery commissions. This does not affect your rights if such an item is faulty.
Faulty or not-as-described items
If an item arrives faulty or materially different from its description, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you, in line with your statutory rights.
Selling, trading and consigning to us
Items you sell, trade or consign to us are governed by our Consignment & Selling Terms rather than this returns policy.
