By accessing the site you agree to these terms. You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, or misuse our content.
Products and authenticity
We deal in new and authenticated pre-owned timepieces, jewellery and accessories. Every pre-owned piece is inspected and authenticated by us. Descriptions, measurements and photographs are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible; minor variations consistent with pre-owned goods are to be expected.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and, where applicable, include Greek VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 24%). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment terms are confirmed at the point of sale.
Orders
An order is accepted only once we confirm it to you and payment has cleared. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is no longer available or a pricing error has occurred — and will refund any payment taken.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, imagery, and the ESTEÉ & CO. name and emblem — is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
