Complimentary insured delivery in Greece over €300 and worldwide over €1,000. Everything else is set out below.
Where we ship
We deliver to clients worldwide. High-value pieces are dispatched by insured, tracked courier and may require a signature and identity verification on delivery.

Delivery times are counted in working days from cleared payment and completed authentication, not from the moment the order is placed. Remote destinations and customs clearance can extend international transit.
Insurance
Orders that ship complimentary are fully insured in transit at our cost. Below those thresholds, transit insurance is optional and can be added at checkout.

Uninsured shipments travel at the buyer's risk once dispatched.
Risk and title
Risk passes to you on delivery. Where insurance applies, cover runs from dispatch until the piece is signed for at the delivery address.
Duties and taxes
Orders within the EU include applicable VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare all shipments accurately and lawfully.
Discreet packaging
All pieces are packaged securely and discreetly, with no external indication of the contents or their value.
